I do have a physical physical office  at 1901 Garden Ave., Suite 112 near the UO campus which has two hour on site parking for clients (as long as space is available).  My office is ACCESSIBLE.   Even though I have an office space I am still providing TELEHEALTH Services if needed instead of in person.  If you need to send me postal mail please do so at the P.O. Box address above.
