RATES ARE THE SAME FOR IN PERSON AND TELE-HEALTH APPOINTMENTS
First Appointment/Initial Assessment - $300
Psychotherapy session, 60 min - $250
Psychotherapy session, 45 min - $200
Psychotherapy session, 30 min - $150
Late cancellation/no show: $125
Payment (including co-payments) is due at the time of service and may be made in cash, check, or credit card at the beginning of the appointment or giving permission for me to automatically charge your credit card on file after each session (go to forms tab)
Health Insurance Reimbursement:
I am in network with Blue Cross, First Choice Health, Medicare, Moda, and PacificSource.
The type of coverage for out-of-network providers depends on your policy. In addition to checking with your health insurance coverage, once we have agreed to start meeting and scheduled an appointment, my billing specialist will also check on your benefits . Please remember that you, and not the insurance company, are ultimately responsible for paying the fees that we agree upon.
I employ an experienced biller to check your health insurance benefits and facilitate payment as a convenience to you.
Cancellations and No Shows:
Please provide at least 24 hour notice if, in the rare situations, you need to cancel your appointment. If you do not provide at least 24 hour notice, or do not arrive for your scheduled appointment, you will be required to pay for 50% of the full cost of the appointment. Insurance will not reimburse for missed sessions.
